In my opinion, this is an excellent tool for vocal training, both for warming up and for relieving vocal fatigue after intensive use. The product itself is highly effective and very useful.

However, I am giving it three stars because the package arrived damaged and without its original box. I sent several emails, including a video showing the condition in which it arrived, but I never received any response from Zangger Company.

I do not know whether the damage occurred before shipment or during transit, but the complete lack of customer support was very disappointing.

After a couple of weeks with my voicepipe I can feel an increased stability when I'm singing, especially in the higher range, also avoiding a cracked voice. Most satisfying!!!

When I tracked the order number it said they tried to deliver it but they failed, too bad I was not given any information to reschedule the shipment. I tried the Zangger Pipe as soon as I received the package and was surprised that after only five minutes of singing I felt like after a two-hour rehearsal session with our vocal coach. Since then I sing in it for five minutes every day and I'm already starting to see the results: the highest notes are easier to take and the breath goes exactly where it should go.
