Questions about an order
If it concerns an order that already exists, include the order number. It is in your confirmation email and begins with a #. That one line usually saves a whole round of correspondence.
Damaged on arrival, or never arrived? Send a photo if there is damage. We replace it, and you do not need to send the damaged pipe back to us. The full policy is on Shipping, Returns & Guarantee.

Ask. Daniel is a voice researcher and a singing teacher, and these are the questions he most enjoys answering.
Before you write, The Science explains what semi-occluded work does, and what we claim for the VoicePipe and what we do not. There are also thirteen short films on YouTube covering how and when to use it.
One thing we will not do by email is assess a voice. If yours hurts, see a laryngologist. No tube replaces a diagnosis.
