Shipping, Returns & Guarantee

The short version: shipping is free inside the EU and Sweden, and your order leaves us within 3 business days. You have 14 days to change your mind. If it arrives damaged or does not arrive, we make it right. And it is guaranteed against breaking.

Shipping

Free shipping within the EU and Sweden. No minimum, no code, nothing added at checkout.

Outside the EU — the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US and everywhere else — a shipping charge applies and is shown before you pay.

Your order is dispatched from Sweden within 3 business days. Everything is sent with tracking, and you get the tracking number by email. How long it takes after that depends on the destination country and is up to the postal service, so we do not promise a number of days we cannot control. The tracking shows you where it is.

Please check your delivery address before you order. If a parcel is delayed or sent back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we are happy to send it again — but the cost of reshipping is yours.

If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive

Email order@zanggervoicepipe.com with your order number, and a photo if there is damage. We will replace it. You do not need to send a damaged pipe back to us.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to change your mind. Tell us at order@zanggervoicepipe.com and send it back. Return shipping is paid by you.

Every VoicePipe ships in sealed packaging. If that seal is unbroken, we refund the price of the product in full.

You are of course allowed to open it and inspect it — that is your right, and it is how you find out whether it is for you. But a pipe that has actually been used cannot be sold to anyone else, so if it comes back used we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. We will tell you the amount before we refund, never after.

It is a personal tool that goes in your mouth. Please do not send back a pipe you have used and ask us to pass it on to someone else — we will not do that to the next customer.

Guarantee

In more than 1,000 units shipped, we have never had a single report of a VoicePipe breaking in normal use. So we will stand behind it: if yours breaks while you are using it as intended, we replace it.

Step on it and that is a different matter.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, not instead of them. Faults present from the start are covered by Swedish consumer law for three years, whatever this page says.

Looking after it

Rinse it under warm running water after use and stand it up to air-dry. Once a week, clean it with a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft brush through the bore, rinse well and let it dry completely.

Do not boil it and do not put it in the dishwasher. It is made from PA 2200, a polyamide certified biocompatible to ISO 10993-1, and the material holds its shape well below boiling point. It is a personal tool — it should not be shared.
